Doramé ("Dora") is an inquisitive, willing and very laid back filly with amazing sabino markings.  She has a beautiful blaze and matching diagonal stockings that extend above her knee and hock.  Doramé has an elegant topline and will be very tall (16.0hh as a two-year-old!).  She has a lovely personality, is very calm and easy to handle, and trailers, ties and stands for the farrier like an old pro.

Doramé has an outstanding pedigree with top Dutch, Hanoverian and Holsteiner bloodlines.  Her sire, Popeye K, is a successful hunter competing in the USA and has been the WEF Regular Confirmation Hunter Circuit Champion several years in a row and is ranked #1 in the 2008 and 2009 USEF Leading Hunter Breeding Sires.

Maternal grandsire Oramé competed successfully in Europe in Grand Prix jumping before being exported.  In his youth, he was the only stallion to win both the Stallion Show and Test.  Oramé is a superior jumper athlete and continues to win the Six Bars competitions year after year - his highest record was over 2.00m (~6'6") in 2008!  Paternal grandsire is none other than the world famous preferent stallion, Voltaire, the 2001 USA "Hunter Sire of the Year".  Other ancestors in this filly's pedigree include the preferent stallions Indoctro, the 2006 USEF Jumper Sire of the Year, Ramiro and Nimmerdor, the 2000 "The Stallion of the 20th Century" in the Netherlands.
