Catapult and Clair de Lune outdid themselves - this filly is spectacular!  As far as we know, she is the only perlino sabino Swedish Warmblood in the world.  Crème de la Crème, meaning "the best of its kind", is elegant, refined, loves people and is full of confidence and interestingly was born on the same day as her gorgeous big sister, Cirque du Soleil.  "Ella" has a lovely blaze, two hind stockings, and a front white sock (the exact same markings as her half brothers, Carte Blanche and Center 

Stage), and not to mention amazing light blue eyes that are characteristic of double dilutes.  

Her sire is our young premium imported and approved buckskin Swedish stallion, Catapult, who has been competing successfully in the national jumping circuit.  Catapult is by Cagliostro 931, a Premeirad A Holsteiner/Swedish stallion, who was the high scoring jumper at his stallion testing in Sweden, and has a BLUP-index in jumping of 139 (BLUP-index ranked #19 of the top 350 stallions).  Cagliostro is a member of the Finnish International Showjumping team and has won and placed in numerous Grand Prix and International competitions including the World Equestrian Games, the Nation’s Cup (FEI: CSIO4*), and the World Cup (FEI: CSI-W).  

        
Catapult’s paternal dam line is so impressive, with world class mares including Ella, who produced the international show jumper stallion Constant and sire of the world-famous Olympian show jumper Chin Chin, Dorette, who produced Roman and Farn, the sire of the Dutch Preferent Sire of the Century, Nimmerdor, and also Gold Rose, who was a member of the French show jumping team and won the Grand Prix of Paris and Madrid and became second in Lisbon, Barcelona and Hamburg. Her total winnings were 621,000 Francs and she had an untouchable jumping index of 186! (For reference, Chin Chin’s index is 166).

Great grand sires include Bernstein 761, who was the #2 ranked Swedish Warmblood stallion in the world in 2003 behind his half brother, Amiral, along with Asterix 694 (Premium) and Kaliber 574 (Elite), who both have successful dressage and jumper progeny.  Also, Ladykiller xx, Cor de la Bryère, Ibrahim x 2, and Grand Veneur, France’s leading sire based on the performance of his progeny especially his elite son, Le Tot de Semilly, are superior to have in any pedigree.

With her dam continuing to stamp her foals with a sweet temperament and unsurpassed work ethic, and her sire also having a wonderful personality and athleticism, this filly should succeed in a multitude of disciplines and will be a major asset to any breeding program since 100% of her progeny will be palomino or buckskin (she cannot produce any smoky black) when bred to non-dilute sires.  Crème de la Crème has main foalbook papers with the Swedish Warmblood Association of N.A.
